VetWorkos projekttalálkozón Budapesten

2023. április 17-18. között került sor a nemzetközi VetWork projekt (Digitális módszertani tanártovábbképzés intézményi szintű beavatkozással, projektazonosító: 2020-1-HU01-KA202-078760) budapesti találkozójára, amelyen képviselőik révén részt vettek a projektben szereplő partnerek: a magyarországi PROMPT-H Számítástechnikai, Oktatási, Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató KFT, a SZÁMALK- Szalézi Technikum és Szakgimnázium, az Expanzió Humán Tanácsadó KFT, a Közép-magyarországi ASzC Magyar Gyula Kertészeti Technikum és Szakképző Iskola, valamint a szlovéniai University of Primorska Faculty of Management, Biotehnical Education Centre, a szlovákiai Szakkay József Műszaki és Közgazdasági Szakközépiskola, illetve Romániából, Nagyváradról az Országos Magyar Továbbképző Központ és a Szent László Római Katolikus Teológiai Líceum.
A rendezvény első napján a partneriskolák bemutatták a szakértők segítségével elért eredményeiket, az I.O. 4 pont által kitűzött célokat és megvalósított stratégiákat. Iskolánkat Dulău Dianna igazgatóhelyettes képviselte, az Országos Magyar Továbbképző Központot Hibácskó Gizella oktató képviselte.
Intézményünk, a Szent László Római Katolikus Teológiai Líceum a disszeminációs csatornákon keresztül és a multiplier rendezvények által folyamatosan kommunikált iskolán belül, illetve szélesebb körökben a partnerekkel, a célközönséggel, más romániai intézményekkel, egyesületekkel és közvetett célcsoportokkal. Szoros kapcsolatban és együttműködésben állunk az Országos Magyar Továbbképző Központtal, melynek képzői sokat segítettek tanáraink fejlesztésében, valamint a módszertanok kidolgozásában.
A megszerzett tudást, új innovációs lehetőségeket, tanulóközpontú módszereket, eszközöket és technikákat alkalmazni tudjuk a napi gyakorlatban, így dinamikusabbá, hatékonyabbá, interaktívabbá válnak a tanórák, motiváltabbak lesznek a diákok, figyelmük és tudásszomjuk gyarapodik, színvonalasabbá válik az oktatási folyamat.
A találkozó második napján egy multiplikátor eseményen a mesterséges intelligencia hasznáról, megértéséről szóló előadássorozatot hallgattuk meg a SZÁMALK- Szalézi Technikum és Szakgimnáziumban. A DMC felületének prezentálására és kipróbálására is sor került: az online felület – melyre iskolánk tanárainak is számos jól sikerült, nagyszerű tanóraterve van feltöltve mindenki számára elérhetően magyar, román és angol nyelven – nagyon jó visszajelzéseket kapott. A délelőtti előadásokat a projekt bemutatása követte, a partnerek megosztották élményeiket és tapasztalataikat. Iskolánk és az OMKT-val együtt mutatta be a digitális kultúránk fejlesztése terén elért eredményeket, valamint ezzel kapcsolatos jövőbeli céljainkat, terveinket.
A projekt által teremtett alkalmak felkeltették az új digitális eszközök, módszerek iránti érdeklődésünket, fejlesztették tudásunkat, így az oktatási gyakorlatunk részévé vált a napi munkánkat jelentős mértékben megkönnyítő, újonnan megszerzett tudás.

[RO] VetWork: întâlnire de proiect la Budapesta
Pe data de 17-18 aprilie 2023 a avut loc întâlnirea în cadrul proiectul internațional VetWork (Formare profesională bazată pe metode digitale, cu plan de intervenție la nivel instituțional, ID proiect: 2020-1-HU01-KA202-078760) la Budapesta, cu participarea partenerilor de proiect prin reprezentanții lor: Firma PROMPT-H din Ungaria, Liceul Tehnic și Profesional SZÁMALK-Szaléz, Firma de consultanță Expanzió, Școala tehnică și profesională horticolă ASzC Magyar Gyula din Ungaria Centrală, Universitatea din Primorska Facultatea de Management, și Centrul de Educație Biotehnică din Slovenia, Liceul Tehnic și Economic Szakkay József din Slovacia, iar din Oradea, România, Centrul pentru Formare Continuă în Limba Maghiară și Liceul Teologic Romano-Catolic Szent László.
În prima zi a evenimentului, școlile partenere și-au prezentat realizările cu ajutorul experților, obiectivele stabilite prin O.I. 4 și strategiile implementate. Școala noastră a fost reprezentată de Dulău Dianna, director adjunct, iar Centrul pentru Formare Continuă în Limba Maghiară a fost reprezentat de către doamna profesoară Hibácskó Gizella.
Prin intermediul canalelor de diseminare și al evenimentelor de tip multiplier, instituția noastră, Liceul Teologic Romano-Catolic Szent László, comunică în continuare atât la nivel instituțional în școală, cât și cu comunitatea locală, cu partenerii, cu publicul țintă direct, cu alte instituții din România, asociații și grupuri țintă indirecte. Suntem în strânsă legătură și colaborare cu Centrul pentru Formare Continuă în Limba Maghiară, ai cărui formatori ne-au ajutat foarte mult în dezvoltarea cadrelor didactice și în elaborarea metodologiilor.
Putem aplica cunoștințele dobândite, noile oportunități de inovare, metodele, instrumentele și tehnicile centrate pe elev în practica noastră zilnică, făcând lecțiile mai dinamice, mai eficiente și mai interactive, elevii mai motivați, atenția și setea lor de cunoaștere mai intense, iar calitatea procesului educațional mai ridicată.
În cea de-a doua zi a întâlnirii, au fost susținute o serie de prelegeri despre beneficiile și înțelegerea inteligenței artificiale în cadrul unui eveniment multiplier la Liceul Tehnic și Profesional SZÁMALK-Szaléz. Platforma DMC a fost, de asemenea, prezentată și testată: platforma online – care oferă o serie de planuri de lecție bine elaborate, încărcate printre alții, chiar și de profesori din școala noastră, disponibile tuturor în limbile maghiară, română și engleză – a primit un feedback foarte bun. Prezentările din cursul dimineții au fost urmate de o prezentare a proiectului, partenerii împărtășind experiențele și lecțiile învățate. Școala noastră și Centrul pentru Formare Continuă în Limba Maghiară a prezentat împreună rezultatele obținute și obiectivele în dezvoltarea culturii noastre digitale și planurile noastre viitoare în acest domeniu.
Oportunitățile create de proiect ne-au stimulat interesul pentru noi instrumente și metode digitale, ne-au dezvoltat cunoștințele și au adus ca aceste cunoștințe nou-dobândite să se integreze în, și să faciliteze munca noastră didactică de zi-cu zi.

[EN] VetWork: project meeting in Budapest
Between 17-18th of April 2023 the international project called VetWork (Digital Methodological Teacher Training with Institutional Level Intervention, project ID: 2020-1-HU01-KA202-078760) took place in Budapest, with the participation of the project partners through their representatives: PROMPT-H IT, Education, Trade and Services Ltd. (PROMPT-H Számítástechnikai, Oktatási, Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató KFT) from Hungary, SZÁMALK – Szalézi Technical and Vocational High School, Expanzió Human Consulting Ltd. (Expanzió Humán Tanácsadó KFT), ASzC “Magyar Gyula” Horticultural Technical and Vocational School from Central Hungary, and the University of Primorska Faculty of Management, Biotehnical Education Centre from Slovenia, the “Szakkay József” Technical and Economic Secondary School from Slovakia, and from Oradea, Romania, the National Hungarian Advanced Education Centre and the “Szent László” Roman Catholic Theological High School.
On the first day of the event, the partner schools presented their achievements with the help of experts, the objectives set by I.O. no.4 and the strategies implemented. Our school was represented by Dianna Dulău, deputy director, and Gizella Hibácskó, lecturer, represented the Hungarian National Centre for Advanced Education.
Through dissemination channels and multiplier events, our institution, the “Szent László” Roman Catholic Theological High School, has continuously communicated within the school and with the wider community, with partners, target audiences, other Romanian institutions, associations and indirect target groups. We are in close contact and cooperation with the Hungarian National Centre for Advanced Education, whose trainers have helped a lot in the development of our teachers and in the development of methodologies.
We can apply the acquired knowledge, new innovation opportunities, pupil-centered methods, tools and techniques in our daily practice, making lessons more dynamic, effective and interactive; students are more motivated, their attention and thirst for knowledge increased, and the quality of the educational process improved.
On the second day of the meeting, a series of lectures on the benefits and understanding of artificial intelligence were given at a multiplier event at the SZÁMALK – Szalézi Technical and Vocational High School. The DMC platform was also presented and tested: the online platform - which has a number of well-done, great lesson plans uploaded by teachers from our school and available to all in Hungarian, Romanian and English - received very good feedback. The morning presentations were followed by a presentation of the project, with the partners sharing their experiences and lessons learned. Together with our school and OMKT (Hungarian National Centre for Advanced Education), we presented the results achieved in the development of our digital culture and our future goals and plans in this field.
The opportunities created by the project have stimulated our interest in new digital tools and methods, developed our knowledge, and made our teaching practice part of the newly acquired knowledge that greatly facilitates our daily work.
